Fiancé Visa Petition

The K-1 fiancé(e) visa allows a U.S. citizen to petition for their foreign fiancé(e) to come to the United States for marriage. Once the visa is approved and the fiancé(e) enters the U.S., the couple must marry within 90 days.

Amera Visa & Immigration Document Services provides document preparation and administrative support for K-1 fiancé(e) visa petitions. Services include preparation of Form I-129F, organization of supporting documents, and assistance in preparing a complete petition package for submission to USCIS.

 Who Is Eligible?

  • One partner must be a U.S. citizen.

  • Both parties must be legally free to marry.

  • The couple must have met in person within the last two years (unless a waiver applies).

  • The marriage must be intended to take place within 90 days of entry into the United States.

K-1 Petition (I-129F Filing)

Preparation of Form I-129F and supporting petition package

  • USCIS decisions regarding the application

K-1 Visa Embassy Processing

Amera Visa & Immigration Document Services provides document preparation and administrative support for the NVC and U.S. Embassy stage of the K-1 fiancé(e) visa process. Services include preparation of required forms, organization of supporting documents, embassy account setup, interview scheduling, and interview preparation guidance.

 

Service fee: $750

 

 

Includes:

  • Prepare Form I-134, Declaration of Financial Support

  • Prepare Co-Sponsor Form I-134 (additional fee applies)

  • Complete Form DS-160

  • Create and set up embassy account

  • Assist with visa fee payment instructions

  • Schedule visa interview

  • Prepare interview document package

  • Review supporting documents

  • Provide interview preparation guidance

  • Ongoing case support until interview

  • Translation services (if required)

  • PDF Interview binder file

Adjustment of Status after K1

Amera Visa & Immigration Document Services provides document preparation and administrative support for Adjustment of Status (Form I-485) applications following entry to the United States on a K-1 fiancé(e) visa. Services include preparation of required forms, organization of supporting documents, and assembly of a complete application package to help applicants complete the Adjustment of Status process accurately and efficiently.

 

Service fee: $700
