Fiancé Visa Petition
The K-1 fiancé(e) visa allows a U.S. citizen to petition for their foreign fiancé(e) to come to the United States for marriage. Once the visa is approved and the fiancé(e) enters the U.S., the couple must marry within 90 days.

Who Is Eligible?

One partner must be a U.S. citizen.

Both parties must be legally free to marry.

The couple must have met in person within the last two years (unless a waiver applies).
